In the Evaluation Phase, we measure the instructional program’s effectiveness and efficiency via formative and summative evaluation.  In formative evaluation, we validate instruction prior to its being implemented; in summative evaluation, we assess the effectiveness of the program and student performance after training is implemented.  We evaluate via small group trials, survey questionnaire, and observation and statistically analyze data to present results or recommended revisions to courseware.
