In the Development Phase, we fully develop and flesh out the training materials and media based on the requirements set forth in the Analysis and Design Phases.  This includes lesson plans for instructor-led training and storyboards for computer- and web-based training (CBT/WBT).  For CBT/WBT, we develop 3D graphics, animations, photos, audio, video, and on-screen text and effects and bring the subject matter to life through skillful programming.
